Lafferty v. Fairfax County Public Schools (USA)

mkedraAndrea Lafferty, head of the Traditional Values Coalition, and an unnamed high school student filed a lawsuit in Fairfax County (Virginia) Circuit Court last week, arguing that the county school board overstepped its bounds when it changed the policy in May 2015 to bar discrimination of students and staff based on their gender identity or sexual orientation. The suit asks for an injunction to stop the board from implementing the policy.

  1. Reblogged this on Stop Trans Chauvinism and commented:
When the Left and ‘feminism’ don’t support the rights of female children, look who steps in to do this. That’s right, gender worship by ‘progressives’ is giving major ground to conservatives to step back in or maintain their power, especially at the vital level of youth education. The nett impact of this will be that some girls will view right-wing Christianity as the best champion of their needs.
