Assembly Joint Resolution No. 23 (USA)

In July, the California Assembly adopted Assembly Joint Resolution No. 23, which affirmed that the California Assembly thinks Title IX, a federal law that specifically states that no person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance, should be gutted to accommodate boys who feel like girls.
