Gonzalez-Posadas v. Attorney General (USA)

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals concluding that Hernan Gonzalez-Posadas, an allegedly gay man, did not suffer past persecution in Honduras,on account of his alleged sexual orientation and thus did not have a reasonable fear of future persecution that would enable him to stay in the United States.
