Fallon Fox is a Man who identifies as a Woman. He recently assaulted Tammika Brents, giving her a concussion and shattering her left orbital bone. But for the fact that this occurred in a state-sanctioned mixed martial arts match, this act would be a crime under Illinois law, which criminalizes aggravated battery. Aggravated battery is knowingly causing “great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement.”
People have been prosecuted in Illinois for aggravated battery and other charges in Illinois for breaking orbital bones, including Gary Daniel (victim was a woman), Albert Hoffman (victim was his wife), Terry Lee Keele (victim was a man), Luis A. Dominguez (victim was his girlfriend) and Thomas A. Brown (victim was his girlfriend; she died).
Mr. Fox wants to defend his violence against Women by claiming he is a trailblazer, and that his “struggle” to legally assault Women is akin to racist rules that prohibited white and black athletes from competing against each other. Mr. Fox fails to discern that there is no rational basis for race discrimination, while there are rational reasons why Women might not want him in our spaces or beating us up.
We agree with UFC champ Ronda Rousey – “She can try hormones, chop her pecker off, but it’s still the same bone structure a man has. It’s an advantage. I don’t think it’s fair.”
If Fox wants to be “courageous,” he should fight Men.
